Directions: The enrollment center is located in the Ronald Reagan Building, on the ground level. The enrollment center is located near the Woodrow Wilson Plaza entrance. The Ronald Reagan Building is at the Federal Triangle Metro Station (Blue and Orange lines.)Effective Monday 6/8/20, in alignment with CDC guidance, GSA will require all visitors to the RRB, including Federal employees, to wear face coverings. FPS will be enforcing this new requirement at RRB entrances. Lowering of the face coverings will be required for FPS badge checks of FEDs and CTRs entering the facility. Face covering can be made of a variety of materials including but not limited to cloth, plastic, etc. Agencies will have independent control of face covering requirements behind their secondary screening areas. This is to be implemented starting Monday 6/8/20.
Notes: Please bring a copy of your appointment verification, all valid travel documents (e.g. passport, visas, green card, etc.), and proof of residency (driver's license / utility bill).To ensure the safety of the public and CBP officers during the COVID-19 outbreak, the following mitigation procedures are in place:• All Global Entry applicants must wear a face covering with in the D.C. Enrollment Center, including the waiting area.• All applicants must maintain a safe distance from all other individuals per current CDC social distancing guidelines. If the Enrollment Center waiting area exceeds capacity, applicants will be asked to wait outside.• Protective barriers have been installed at all interview stations.• Applicants must have a scheduled appointment in order to interview; “walk-in” interviews cannot be accommodated until further notice.
