Directions: Global Entry Interviews are currently conducted at the new CBP location on Terminal B (First Floor on Plaza next to Baggage Claim and Tourism Office) If you have any trouble finding the location please call 787-253-4521 or and ask for the Duty Supervisor for additional directions and assistance.
Notes: *All Global Entry Appointments for the San Juan Enrollment Center are set on Atlantic Standard Time. Puerto Rico do not experience Daylight Saving Time Zone changes. As a precautionary measure to keep both yourself and our staff safe, please remember to maintain social distancing and wear a facemask while waiting for your interview.
