Directions: Hours of operation: 0800am to 1530pmThe Enrollment Center is located at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, Terminal 5, Lower Level. Parking is located in lot D (international). Walk through the pedestrian bridge, take the stairs/elevator down to the lower level (arrivals). Turn left and look for the Customs and Border Protections sign overhead just past the McDonald's restaurant. Enter the waiting area and stop at the window. Mention to the officer that you have an interview scheduled with our global entry team.
Notes: Please your valid passport(s) and one other form of identification, such as a driver’s license or ID card to the interview. If you are a lawful permanent resident, you must present your machine readable permanent resident card.
