Congratulations! You've been conditionally approved for the Global Entry program. The next step is scheduling an in-person interview appointment at Calais Enrollment Center.

- Click 'Choose This Location'. This will take you to a new page showing available interview appointment times.
Getting an Earlier Appointment at Calais Enrollment Center
Sometimes Calais Enrollment Center shows "No appointments available for this location" or the next available appointment might be weeks or months away. What can you do?
People cancel their appointments and new interview times open up all the time. You can continue to check the web site for availability or you can let us do it for you. We'll send you an email alert as soon as we see an earlier appointment. All you have to do is click the link in the email and book your appointment.

Notes: We are currently processing Global Entry Interviews for Trusted Travelers only for those who are full time residents in Maine starting on September 8, 2020. If you are not a full time resident of Maine, or are an applicant under the NEXUS or FAST programs, your interview will not be conducted at this time. You can set up an appointment directly on the TTP website. Also, the following guidelines are in place for all applicants at the Calais, Maine Enrollment Center. • All applicants are required to wear a facemask.• All applicants will be required to wait in their vehicle, in the parking lot outside the Enrolment Center, until an officer escorts you the applicant inside for your interview.• Families will be interviewed one at a time. In the case of minor children, one parent/guardian will be allowed to accompany them. • If you have been outside, or plan to be outside of Maine within 14 days prior to your appointment please, contact the Enrollment Center and we will reschedule you.
